Vikings 2013
The History Channel has produced a narrative series chronicling the lives of a Viking tribe during the 8th century. This serie deserves 10 stars without a doubt. Every episode is better than the other so far and story is rushing like in good movie. Great show music, costumes and whole presentation is flawless.. Casting of main roles is perfect especially Katheryn Winnick is great being able discretely show that under this mom of two is a battle hardened fighter. Viking woman was allowed to take up the shield and fight if she desired. Travis Fimmel is so convincing as a raid party leader he's such a strong character and Gabriel Byrne is a great match as an evil, also my favorite cahracter is Gustaf Skarsgård (Floki – brother of true blood’s actor Alexander Skarsgård and son of Stellan Skarsgård) What I also love about Vikings is that it isn't just action scene after action scene but it incorporates politics, faith and a whole bunch of other factors that glue me to the screen.
Definitely “Vikings" is one of the best historical made-for-television.
