He has already explained my dreams...

1

For me Salvador Dali is an unlimited artist , when I was a child his paintings was scary for me but time after time when I became older I understood that he has already explained my dreams in his paintings at that time I started to respect to his art…

Dalí was a versatile artist, not limiting himself only to painting in his artistic endeavors. Some of his more popular artistic works are sculptures and other objects, and he is also noted for his contributions to theatre, fashion, and photography, among other areas.

I always found Dali fascinating and challenging at the same time. I love the story I heard about him, that he found his inspiration from the border between waking and sleeping. Apparently he used to go to sleep lying down on a sofa or chair with an object in his hand. When he started to slip into deeper sleep, his hand would open and the object would drop to the floor, awaking him. He'd then write down his thoughts and dreams.

Well, okay, I don't know how true that story is, and you may have heard it before, but there is a weird world inside our heads, between waking and sleeping... and his art opens a window into that odd, facinating place. He was truly an explorer.
