Many people go through the motions of setting career goals usually to satisfy the demands of their bosses or companies. How do you feel most of the time about your work? Do you love it? Hate it? Maybe you're just indifferent. But like most people, you probably have some kind of feeling about your job and these feelings hold important messages about your performance.
