Surrealist way

The first time I saw  Ratcliffs work I got amazed about his talent to capture a scene and show it in a surrealist way, an artistic way.

Very nice work. However, I don't know if I would call this surrealist. A quick wikipedia lookup defines surrealism as a type of non-sequitur: something that "is absurd to the point of being humorous or confusing."
