Went to a McDonalds in the Philippines. Looked just like one, but they sold fried chicken, rice, and spaghetti as the main menu items. I ordered a hamburger, which almost sent them into a panic, but they got it done (wasn't very good). Once in Hong Kong, also visited a McDonald's. Hamburgers were main items, but they were oval, grayish, and the sauce was different.

In Korea, I think they also serve your mcdonald's meal with kimchi (hot spicy reddish)
